- We create a corporate identity based on defined standards and values.

Sustainable conduct and work
- We optimise our internal processes on the basis of our environmental strategy. This strategy, is implemented in accordance with our ISO 14001 environmental management system.
- We reduce the environmental impact within our organisation by using sustainable office materials such as paper and energy-saving light bulbs and installing solar panels, for example.
- We are switching our fleet to fuel-efficient vehicles and encouraging carpooling.
- We use the most sustainable travel options for business trips and offset our CO2 emissions.

- We promote internal communication regarding sustainability.

- We promote open, trusting and respectful communication and a good work-life balance.
- We increase sustainability awareness among our employees. We encourage participation in sustainability events and discussions.
- We are endeavouring to introduce a “sustainable guide” as a guideline for our employees.

- We are committed to the health and safety of our employees in their working and living environment. To ensure a safe, healthy and competitive working environment, we follow our guiding principles of occupational health and safety.

Anti-corruption
- Corruption causes damage to all economic players worldwide. As such, we strictly reject corruption and favours in any form. We have anchored our understanding of fair business practices in our business principles on anti-corruption.
